About Us

The purpose of the Neighborhood Association Presidents' Council (NAPC) is three-fold.  First and foremost the NAPC is an educational organization.  We strive to coach association leaders on how to recruit members that represent the diversity of Lake Worth’s neighborhoods, formally host and document meetings, present issues to city staff and local government and how to document responses or actions taken by city staff and local government.

Second, the NAPC is focused on the dissemination of information.  We strive to facilitate open discussion between Association leadership and City Hall.  When City and Association leaders have open lines of communication information can quickly flow in both directions.

The final role of the NAPC is as a charitable organization.  By volunteering time and assisting member organizations in reaching out in areas where help is needed, the NAPC helps bring our community closer together.

With well run Associations, informed leaders and the help of a unified community, the NAPC believes that Lake Worth will continue to grow into a city we can all be proud to call home!
